The RSA Victoria Course Qualifications:

This course provides you with the qualification “SITHFAB021: Provide responsible service of alcohol RSA” and is also compliant with Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation Online RSA course requirements.  Upon completion you will be able to immediately print out two certificates, the VLC approved RSA course VIC certificate and a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the SITHFAB021 qualification.

Course Delivery and Assessment Methods:

This course is delivered online and covers specific Victorian RSA content as well as content specific to the SITHFAB021 qualification, and has been approved by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive:
(a) A VLC RSA certificate
(b) A statement of attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021. This statement of attainment is valid in VIC as well as ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA.

Assessment is a combination of online questions and verbal communication (that must be undertaken via a live telephone conversation during business hours with a trainer/assessor). Training, assessment and certification is delivered/issued by Urban e-Learning (our RTO). There are no third-party services in place for this training.

Assessment Requirements:

You will be required to complete a verbal communication assessment over the phone with an assessor during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST), so you must have access to a telephone device.
