Police recently spotted a man driving on the wrong side of the road and when they pulled the man over and gave him a breathalyser, they discovered that he had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.246%.

This was not the first time the man was in trouble for drink driving, he had been caught driving over the limit before.

The man was placed on 18 months probation and disqualified from driving for the same period.

In related news, Victorian drivers that are over the legal limit will have their cars confiscated.
