Are you a lover of beer? Then there’s good news for you, beer is actually good for your health, despite beliefs to the contrary.
A review of more than 150 studies by epidemiologists has found that the alcohol and other chemicals in beer have a number of beneficial effects.
The review led by the Meditteranean Neurological Institute in Pozzilli, Italy found that drinking up to two 330ml cans of beer a day can minimise the risk of cardiovascular disease by about a quarter.
