RSA South Australia

Yes – Our national certificate is recognised and can be used to apply to be a Responsible Person for  RSA South Australia

“Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, all licensed premises (except those where an exemption under section 97 (2) of the Act has been given,) must at all times when open to the public, be personally supervised and managed by an approved responsible person.”

“A responsible person is a person approved by the licensing authority, issued with a photo identification badge indicating that they are approved as a responsible person under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997.”

Part of the application process requires completion of an approved liquor course such as the SITHFAB009A course that we provide.
