RSA Course Online Refund Policy
Generally, there is no need for refunds with the RSA Course Online product. If you are intending to take this course, please make sure you test your computers’ abilities to deliver the course to you satisfactorily. In isolated cases, a refund request can be discussed with our customer support department.
THIS COURSE WILL TEACH YOU TO:
- Identify customers to whom service should be refused.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Assist customers to drink within appropriate limits.
- Assist alcohol affected customers.
RSA TRAINING APPLIES TO:
- licensees;
- approved managers;
- staff, including promotional staff, involved in the sale, supply and service of alcohol;
- volunteers, including club directors, who have liquor service responsibilities and
- security officers with crowd control duties.
