RSA training must be undertaken by a training provider approved by the the required licensing authority.

What is the difference between on-line and face to face training?

They both provide the same qualification SITHFAB009A, however online learning is self paced and doesn’t have to be taken and completed all at once. So you can do the course at your leisure without taking time off work and no need for the expense of parking or transport, babysitters, or time organising these. You also have the option of logging back into the course at any stage to refresh your memory, when situations arise at work. You can complete it in the comfort of your own home. The level of training is consistent and not dependent on the trainer that you get that day.

Speakers are recommended, although headphones would do. But one of them is compulsory as the Presentation has Audio.

What web browsers are supported?

Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox are recommended. Firefox if available is the better choice. But either of them should have JavaScript enabled and Adobe Flash Plugin installed.

Also all Pop-Up Blockers should be turned off. Some Clients have Add-ons installed in their browsers like Norton Bar, Ask.com Search Bar etc which also have inbuilt pop-up blockers.
